Three Virtual Seminars

Summer 2020.

Rafael organized three virtual conferences during the first COVID summer of 2020 to bring people together at a time when travel was not possible:

1. Conducting Symposium

2. Introducing the Jazz Orchestra

3. Teaching Orchestra in a COVID World

The first two were organized in partnership with the University of Costa Rica – Pacific and were directed to an international audience. The third seminar was co-hosted by Washburn University in Kansas with a national audience of music educators and one attendee joining the conference from London.
